The recent Bundesliga promotees - who tried to snare Juventus target Breel Embolo a few weeks ago - are willing to offer €14 million, which would allow the Bianconeri to earn €5m for the 22-year-old midfielder.
Lemina struggled with injuries last season, but still managed to impress in short stints (7 Serie A starts, two goals) and justify being acquired by Juventus for €9 million back in June.
