  • Lorenzo Bettoni
Juventus take on Lazio tonight in the opening game of Serie A matchday 6 today. The bianconeri sit second in the table and are two points short of table leaders Napoli.

Max Allegri will have to do without the likes of Claudio Marchisio, Miralem Pjanic, Benedikt Howedes and Mattia De Sciglio. Sami Khedira is expected to start from the first minute alongside Blaise Matuidi in midfield.

Although Paulo Dybala has did not play one single minute during the International break, the Argentinean could start from the bench with Bentancur starting in his place and swapping Juventus to a 4-2-3-1 to a 4-3-3 formation. Allegri has a few hours left to take a final decision

Juventus have led at home for 263 minutes, the most in this Serie A campaign, while Lazio have never been in a trailing situation on the road this term. Among players in the big five European Leagues this season, only Lionel Messi (14) has scored more than Ciro Immobile (13) in all competitions. Gonzalo Higuain has scored 12 goals in eight league games against Lazio, his favourite opponent in Serie A. Paulo Dybala played his first Serie A game against Lazio (September 2012) – he has scored nine goals against the Biancocelesti (all competitions).

As for Lazio, Simone Inzaghi is without the injured Felipe Anderson, Basta and Wallace but Marusic who should be eligible to play from the first minute.
