Guardiola: ‘Man City must adapt to Napoli'

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola talked in a press conference on Monday afternoon, on the eve of the Champions League game against Napoli. “We played our best game on Saturday but it’s a new game in a new competition tomorrow. We are focuse on the Champions League now. We had a great start to the season last term but we know how it ended up we must keep the same level this season.”

“We must adapt to Napoli because they don’t play as a Premier League club. It’s going to be a fascinating game, I hope we’ll play better than against Monaco. We’ll need the support of our fans.”

“Napoli play perfectly, they have three dynamic players up front and Reina between the sticks. He has amazing qualities. I praise Napoli because they deserve it. They play well and they are the Serie A table leaders with eight games won out of eight. They won’t defend tomorrow and we are not going to defend either.”
