Inter, Candreva hits back at criticisms

Inter’s official Facebook account has published an interview with their star Antonio Candreva. The Italy winger has talked about Inter’s expectations as well as the incoming derby against AC Milan.

Candreva has been recently criticized by his own fans who did also boo him during the last home game against Genoa. The former Lazio star, however, has hit back at criticisms.

“That’s part of our job, sometimes we are booed and some other times we get the praise. I give my best, all the times. The most important thing for me is to leave the pitch with the ‘sweaty’ shirt.”

“All we know is that we’re Inter and we must always win, or at least try. It’s too early to say how important these matches with Milan and Napoli are, but the derby can certainly give us a boost for the next one."

“We’ve changed a lot since last year, and the results give us a boost. We want to stay up there.”
