Turin based newspaper Tuttosport reports that Inter have set their sights on three Bologna players, namely Simone Verdi, Federico Di Francesco and Godfred Donsah. The former two players were being tracked by Inter last summer but the Nerazzurri never made a move since Suning were forced to stop their planned investment due to restrictions imposed on investments abroad by the Chinese goverment.

Simone Verdi has been sensational these past two seasons under Roberto Donadoni where he has taken strides in his development that have raised the profile of the former AC Milan Primavera player. Verdi scored a sensational goal when his Bologna hosted Inter at home at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara in a 1-1 draw earlier thiss eason and has followed that performance with 2 more goals as well as all round impressive play.

According to TuttoSport Bologna value Verdi at around €15 million but as reported widely, Inter cannot make any big investments this coming January unless they sell a player, with Joao Mario being rumoured to be of interest to Paris Saint-Germain.
