Report: Manchester City ready to submit massive offer for Lazio star
Lazio have started off this new season on the right foot as Sergej Milinkovic-Savic has been in great form. The Serbian player is being followed by many of the biggest European clubs in the world as Lazio might be forced to sell him soon. Juventus have been after him for some time now as Marotta and Allegri like him very much so. The Bianconeri tried to get him last summer but Lotito refused to let him leave. Manchester United are another club who like him a lot too as Mourinho has been following him for months.
Even if United and Juventus have been on him for some time now, according to Sportitalia (via FootballItalia), it is Pep Guardiola's Manchester City who are currently in pole position for Milinkovic-Savic. The Italian news site is reporting that City might soon submit (in the coming weeks) a massive offer for the Lazio man. It remains to be seen if Lotito accepts to let him leave but Guardiola will give it his best shot....
