Torino prepare January bid for emerging AC Milan star

Serie A outfit Torino are looking to bring AC Milan youngster Patrick Cutrone to the club in January, report TuttoSport.

While Cutrone has enjoyed a decent breakout season already with the rossoneri, it is felt that his development is likely to be hampered with the presence of the likes of Nikola Kalinic and Andre Silva in the squad and Torino believe they could hand him the perfect place to shine and develop into what is expected from him.

It is said that Torino boss Sinisa Mihajlovic is very found of Cutrone, who he knows well from his days at San Siro and he seems to interest him in Turin.

Mihajlovic is said to be unsatisfied with the performances of both Andrea Belotti and Umar Sadiq and is looking at more striking options to bolster the attack. And he feels that Cutrone could be the one for Torino, with the likes of Diego Falcinelli and Marco Borriello below the youngster in the list.

A swap deal involving Belotti cannot be ruled out, but it does seem unlikely.
