Pepe Reina, Milan's goalkeeper, spoke at the Rossoneri's youth party about Alessio Romagnoli, who became the squad's captain ahead of this season. 
 
"The captain represents the group with his values. The group feels an important support, the captain is the voice of the dressing room, towards the fans, the club and so on. It needs to have the character that Romagnoli now has," he concluded.
