Serie A giants AC Milan are reportedly set to hold talks in an attempt to sign Sassuolo star Stefano Sensi in January.
Sensi has been a very important part of the neroverdi side this season under Roberto de Zerbi, appearing 14 times in the Serie A so far this season. He has scored once and has assisted once too. Gazzetta dello Sport state
that AC Milan are actively pursuing a deal for the Italian 23-year-old midfielder and are keen on signing him in the winter transfer window that opened earlier today. The outlet states that the rossoneri will not give up in his chase easily, with Leonardo set to meet Sassuolo sporting director Giovanni Carnevalli, as Milan look to know more about the transfer situation of the midfielder and to know whether the neroverdi would be willing to let him leave in the ongoing transfer market or not.
