Barcelona and PSG to clash on the transfer market once again for Lyon starlet

Barcelona and PSG are increasingly becoming bigger and bigger rivals not only on the pitch but also on the transfer market. Last month, Frenkie de Jong secured a transfer to the Nou Camp, despite PSG's great confidence in the negotiations with the Ajax man and both clubs are also negotiating with the Dutch side for their other starlet - Matthijs de Ligt. And now another name which interests both sides has emerged.

Lyon's defender Ferland Mendy is one of the players on the agenda of both Barcelona and PSG. According to Paris United, the French champions would be willing to offer between 35 and 40 million for the player.

The will of the Parisians is so great that, according to reports, they have already scouted the player live on several occasions and a member of the sports management, Luis Ferrer, would have already contacted Lyon to express their interest in the player. It is believed that 40 million would be enough to convince Jean-Michel Aulas who does not have a very good relationship with PSG officials.
