Barella: Inter, Napoli or Chelsea? Latest exclusive updates
09/01/2019, 17:45
Cagliari star Nicolò Barella is one of the most wanted midfielders in Europe. The Italian starlet is being monitored by the best European clubs and at the moment Chelsea, Napoli, and Inter are the most interested clubs in signing him.

According to our Inter reporter Pasquale Guarro, the interest of the Serie A pair is concrete, whilst Chelsea has not made an offer yet.

The price-tag of the 21-year-old is in the region of € 45-50 million, a fee that only Napoli could match in January, but only if the Partenopei will sell Allan to Psg for more than € 80 million. Chelsea have also the budget to sign Barella but, yet again, no offer has yet been made by the Blues. Maurizio Sarri is a long-time admirer of the Italian midfielder and has already told the Blues’ chiefs that the player is worth a big investment.

Barella has a big price-tag but there is one more reason that makes a January transfer unlikely. The player is about to become a father and he is ready to wait for a few more months before the beginning of a new chapter of his career.
