Cairo hints at quiet summer for Torino as there is 'little to fix' in the squad

Torino managed to defeat Sassuolo 3-2 today, coming back from behind twice against a ten-man Neroverdi side to keep up their pressure on the race for the Champions League, as well as almost guaranteeing themselves a spot in next season's Europa League.

After the game, Torino president Urbano Cairo spoke to Sky Sport:

"It was a great joy, we will give everything against Lazio. Bravo to Zaza and Belotti, the team has continued to believe in it and got the win.

"Belotti? To miss a penalty is never good, then in the second half he came back as well as the whole team.

"The summer market? For us it is important to finish the year well, there are two important games left. The Grande Torino won five championships with the same line-up. We have young people who can come back from loans like Lyanco and Bonifazi; we want to keep the best players and prop up the squad with a couple of purchases, we have little to fix we are already competitive.

"Petrachi? He has a contract until 2020, for now I consider him on board."
