Chelsea and AC Milan are both interested in signing Psv and Mexico star Hirving Lozano, Calciomercato.com can reveal.
The 23-year-old scored against Inter in the last game of the Champions League group stage earlier this month and is a long-time target of the Rossoneri who, however, need to sell some of their players in order to make a big investment to sign the player who will see his contract expire in June 2023.
Chelsea have also been monitoring the player and the Blues could anticipate the Rossoneri with an offer in the January transfer window. AC Milan have already signed Lucas Paqueta and would need a big sale in January to afford the signing of the talented winger who has 15 goals and eight assists in 27 appearances in all competitions so far this season. Lozano joined Psv from Pachuca for just € 8 million in summer 2017.
