Di Francesco blasts Roma team after disappointing loss against Udinese
24/11/2018, 21:20
Eusebio Di Francesco spoke to the media after Roma's 0-1 defeat against Udinese this afternoon and expressed dissatisfaction over his team's performance.

"We had no desire to win, we cannot afford to hold the game for an hour and then concede a goal from a 40-metre throw-in. From the point of view of the game, the team did well, except in the last 25 metres, where many mistakes were made It is not a matter of luck, but of a lack of desire," he said. "We want to grow but I was still expecting to get the three points today. It is a shame because I saw interesting things. Details make the difference in football. It makes me angry because we have shown that we have an identity. It becomes difficult if you bring home zero points with these performances.

"Real Madrid losing? This was the most important match today. I said it yesterday and I believed it, that's why I'm angry. I saw a Real Madrid team that conceded three goals and were never in the game. I do not want to compare us to Real Madrid. We lost and this makes us understand that we have to work differently," Di Francesco concluded.
