Exclusive: AC Milan, Calhanoglu to speak with Gattuso to justify Leipzig move
10/01/2019, 22:00
The future of Calhanoglu is yet to be decided. The Turk has been on Leipzig's radar for quite some time, and it seems the German side will do anything to bring back Hakan to the Bundesliga.

According to Calciomercato.com's sources, Leipzig have already reached a first agreement with Milan on the basis of more than €20m, including bonuses. In addition to this, it seems that Calhanoglu himself is becoming more and more convinced that Bundesliga is the right step for his career.

First, however,  the no.10 intends to talk one that has become like a father to him, Rino Gattuso. The Milan manager certainly pushed Hakan to the top during a tough spell last season, while defending him to the bitter end. With that said, Calhanoglu owes a lot to Gattuso and doesn't want to betray him. That's why he will have a confrontation with Gattuso in the coming days to try to motivate his choice.
