Exclusive: Borini wanted in China; AC Milan could receive €15m

As the winter transfer market is closing in, Milan are preparing their moves amid an injury crisis. However, there will not only be signings, but also some sales for the Rossoneri.

One of the most courted AC Milan players is, perhaps surprisingly, Fabio Borini. The versatile Italian has featured in eleven games this season, finding the back of the net once, though his adventure at the San Siro could be coming towards an end, just over a year after joining.

According to what has been learned by Calciomercato.com, the winger has attracted a lot of interest in China, mainly from FC Shenzen. In fact, the club has initiated the first contacts with the agents of Borini, whose contract with Milan expires in 2021.

As for Milan, they could cash in €15m on a potential sale, after signing the player for around €5m from Sunderland.
