Despite Genoa working to extend the contract with their 21-year-old striker Christian Kouame, the Ligurian club are still searching for another forward. Aurelio Andreazzoli would like to have another striker to rotate with Kouame and add much needed depth in the position. The two names that the Rossoblu are considering are Grégoire Defrel of Roma and Joao Pedro of Cagliari. Genoa will now decide which of the two strikers to make a move for, with less than two weeks remaining in the transfer window.
