Italy, Verratti suspended for game against Finland

Italy midfielder Marco Verratti will mess the national team’s next Euro 2020 qualifier against Finland. The 26-year-old midfielder, who is known for his short-tempered reactions during games, was given a yellow card after a foul and subsequent argument with Armenian goal scorer Alexander Karapetyan. The Italian has received 102 yellow cards and 7 red cards throughout his professional club career, as well as 7 yellow cards with the national team due to failure to control his temper whilst on the pitch.
