Lazio have already found an agreement with Acerbi, as they consider him the perfect replacement to de Vrij. However, they are yet to reach an agreement with Sassuolo.
 
Lazio's plan to unlock the deal, according to Il Messaggero, would be to include a technical counterpart, with Cataldi in considering, who spent last season on loan at Benevento.
