Liverpool identify Scottish star as ideal signing
14/01/2019, 15:00
According to what has been reported by the Scottish Sun, Liverpool are closely monitoring James Forrest - Celtic winger - as their next potential signing. Forrest, 27, is being urged to follow in the footsteps of Virgil Van Dijk, who at one point played for Celtic before his move to Southampton and, later, Liverpool.

Forrest would not be too expensive a signing for Liverpool, who are looking for back-up options to cover for their front three of Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane.
