Lionel Messi scored a hattrick yesterday in the La Liga showdown against Celta Vigo which not only gave Barcelona the victory but also allowed the Argentinian phenomenon to match Cristiano Ronaldo in yet another record. Particularly, Messi scored his 34th La Liga hattrick, the same as Cristiano Ronaldo holds, and is now one step away from overcoming it.
