Napoli, Ancelotti: "We showed character..."
29/12/2018, 21:20
Napoli coach Carlo Ancelotti spoke to Sky Sport after their game against Bologna, here is what he had to say on the matter:

"Result? It's a pretty unusual moment to play but we are happy with all three points. We did lose control of the game at a moment as Bologna found their way back. They played a nice game and they did give us difficulties today. 9 points off first placed Juve? I think we are doing very well and we have so far met our expectations. We have done what we had to do but the problem is that Juve have been playing at an incredible level so far this year. We have to be happy with what we have so far accomplished. UCL? We really gave it our all and I think we did fairly well considering the group we were placed in. We have a good group here and this surely makes my job easier. Players like Verdi, Milik and Fabian Ruiz are starting to do well and I think they can still improve a lot. I really believe in the potential of my players...".
