Napoli star Lorenzo Insigne is set to start tonight’s Serie A clash against Napoli, Sky Sport reports. The Italian winger has not completely recovered from his injury but is pushing to start tonight’s clash and medics of the partenopei have given him green light to play tonight.
Insigne trained apart from the rest of the team yesterday but both him and Maurizio Sarri have somehow managed to receive green light from the azzurri medical staff.
The Italian star will start tonight’s San Paolo showdown against Inter.
