Napoli, the conditions for Chelsea target to make €40m move to Naples
10/01/2019, 10:20
According to what has been reported by the Corriere dello Sport, Napoli are preparing a €40m offer for Cagliari's young Italian midfielder Nicolo Barella. Barella is an extremely wanted man at the moment, with Napoli's interest matched by the likes of Chelsea, Milan and Juventus.

However, Napoli's 40m offer will likely only come to fruition should Allan leave - the Brazilian midfielder currently a target of Paris Saint-German, who have reportedly had an €80m offer turned down for Napoli's tenacious midfielder.
