Official: Real Madrid renew Juventus target's contract

Real Madrid have officially renewed German midfielder Toni Kroos' contract renewal.
 
The German, who was also targeted by Juventus and Inter, has  signed an annual extension until June 30, 2023 an extra year on top his old deal that ran out on June 30, 2022.
 
Kroos’ and Real Madrid have had a disappointing season, finishing 3rd in La Liga 19 points behind Barcelona, and knocked out the Champions League at the round of 16 to Ajax.
 
Kroos managed no goals and 4 assists in La Liga this term.
