OFFICIAL: Tottenham confirm signing of Real Betis midfielder

Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed the signing of Real Betis midfielder Giovani Lo Celso.

Lo Celso, a former Paris Saint-Germain player, joined Betis earlier this year for a fee of around 25 million euros after having played half a season at the club on a loan deal.
