Smalling will not make his Roma debut v Sassuolo
The Englishman arrived at the Italian capital side from Manchester United on a loan deal. The England international appeared 200 times for United ever since he joined from Fulham in 2011.
Smalling trained separately this morning as he continues his recovery from a muscle problem. He will not make his debut against the neroverdi and will have to wait.
