Tottenham, Roma are Inter’s biggest rival for Herrera

AS Roma continue to work on the arrival of Hector Herrera, as the midfielder's contract expires at the end of the season with Porto. According to Gazzetta dello Sport (via Calciomercato.com), Giallorossi sporting director Monchi is evaluating the costs of a potential deal. Roma aren't the only ones as Inter Milan and Tottenham are also after the player.
