Transfer news: Arsenal and PSG target hints at possible Serie A switch
14/01/2019, 14:30
Watford’s star midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure has already signalled his intentions to leave the club – with a number of clubs linked to him: Everton, Arsenal and PSG thought to be, as per a report from The Sun in December, the main candidates for his signature. Doucoure has been linked more with PSG than any other club and he spoke on the Ligue 1 champions’ interest in an interview with Canal+:
‘The club knows my ambitions and wants to help me raise the bar, I'm honoured by PSG's interest, but for the moment there is nothing concrete. If there is the possibility of moving to Paris, I will evaluate it together with my entourage. I could also stay in the Premier League or go to Italy, the important thing for me is to find a team that plays in the Champions League.’
