Transfer News: Bayern contact PSG over January deal for Barcelona-bound Rabiot
10/01/2019, 14:20
Adrien Rabiot's move to Barcelona from PSG is one of the hottest stories of the transfer market but now it seems that there is another twist to the situation. As reported by RMC Sport, Bayern, in particular, club sports director Hasan Salihamidzic, has officially contacted the French club in recent days. The German champions would like to recruit the midfielder in January and if it is not possible, they intend to do everything possible to sign the player for next season.

In addition, the Bavarian club also probed the agent of the player. The ball is in Adrien Rabiot's part of the court. Paris Saint-Germain appreciates Bayern's interest for the Frenchman and would like the deal to happen as soon as possible so that the Parisians can recover a transfer fee for the departure. Meanwhile, Barcelona are hoping that the midfielder will keep his word and arrive at the Nou Camp on a free transfer in June.
