Watch: Godin's biographer blasts Atletico Madrid amid imminent Inter move

Diego Godin is set to become the next great move for Inter and is likely to join the Nerazzurri on a free transfer next summer. His possible move to the San Siro, of course, sparked emotions among the Atletico Madrid fans. Godin's biographer Jose Fernandez spoke about the issue on his Twitter account.

"Godin has not closed any agreement with Inter. But the reality is that Atletico made promises to the player after Manchester United's bid and never respect them. And then they made no effort to renew Godin's contract. I read with disgust those who now criticize the player. Is this how we treat legends? It is a shame," he wrote.
